I started following Dt. Aarti Jain Ma’am’s diet plan on 2nd September 2026. Before starting, my HbA1c was 6.1 and my weight was 64.4 kg. After years of trying to conceive and going through IUI, IVF, and other treatments, this journey has been very special for me.Today, I am 60.1 kg, and my HbA1c has improved from 6.1 to 5.5. And the most amazing part is that it hasn’t even been a full month yet, and I’ve already seen such wonderful results!The biggest and most beautiful surprise is that I have naturally conceived. I learned about 'Diet4Health' from a doctor friend. Before that, I had tried numerous diet plans and consulted many doctors, but nothing worked; in fact, my weight remained unchanged. I also suffer from hypertension and sleep apnoea issues.For that I was using CPAPmachne and 60 mg medication for hypertension By following this diet plan I lost weight, and was able to stop using the CPAP machine, and reduced the dosage of my hypertension medication. I had undergone various medical treatments previously without succes but this diet plan worked.and one important thing is that this did not require strict fasting or deprivation; I was allowed to eat plenty, and I truly enjoyed the process. Throughout this journey, the Dietitian Jaspreet madam maintained constant contact with me and gave guidance whenever required. Really lot of thanks to Diet4Health team.
